How is the course structured?
The complete #Standards course runs for 8 weeks as a live cohort.
Each week, starting 22nd January, new content is released…
Around 20 minutes of activating theory to understand the process
A practice for that week. Either a journal exercise, guided meditation, or embodiment practice
A micro-practice for that week. Something that you can weave easily into your day to create small but super-important shifts
A community task. A way to share and be held accountable together on the journey on our community platform.
It's designed to be potent, and yet not take up very much actual time… working more on activating vibrations of change within you.
Additionally, each week there is a support call, a place to ask questions, and get direct coaching and guidance, as well as the community space to share the journey, interact and ask questions.
Do I get to keep the course after it's finished?
Yes!
Once the live part of the course finishes, you will have lifetime access to all the content.
All the videos, practices and live session recordings are yours to keep access to if you need to go over it again at any time... or if life means you get out of sync with the journey and you need to do it on your own time.

We will be working on pragmatic principles utilising clarity, embodiment and boundaries to create alignment.
This is not a "wish it and hope" approach, rather it is about becoming fiercely clear on what it is you want, so you can cut out all the noise.
