There is a part of us that ‘knows’
It knows what’s good for us and what’s not good for us, what direction our life wants to take and what relationships to enter or avoid.
It knows when to stay, and when to leave.
We often recognise it in hindsight:
“I knew it wasn’t a fit from the beginning” or ”I knew I’d marry that person the moment I met them”
When we don't listen though, it can really really hurt.
To get in alignment with our highest choice, we need to amplify that part that knows in the present moment, so we can make the best choices about love and life that we can.
A great relationship and a beautiful life aren’t luck when we develop our ability to listen and discern what’s truly right for us.
