Generally our courses and workshops consist of a mixture of video lessons and practices along with accompanying audio guided meditations presented in a form that is self-paced.

Our courses take place inside of the Evolve Community, our custom platform created to support your learning and evolution.

New courses, workshops and masterclasses will be presented in live streaming video through Zoom or within our platform.

The way our courses are designed is that they are all complimentary to one another covering different angles of the human relational experience.

You can choose by the category that is most relevant to you and based on your current needs, e.g. how to regulate yourself when triggered, or you can be more intuitive and simply feel whichever offer resonates most for you.

Our courses are designed in a self-paced form, meaning you can go through it at the pace that is most comfortable for you.

Generally one module a week is as fast as we would recommend, yet you could take more time than that if needed.

Workshops and masterclasses are generally a single session and range from 1 - 2.5 hours long.

Our courses are kept at an intentionally low cost by industry standards as we want to make them as widely accessible as possible.

As such we don't offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

All courses come with lifetime access.

There is no visible schedule to show all our of our future offerings yet. This kind of longer term annual schedule is coming soon.

However generally several new courses are put out a year, and most months will there will be a new live masterclass or workshop.
